Greetings! is this thing on?

I found this site while looking for GMRS repeater info in the area. I have not been able to find any definitive listing that includes Open/Closed/Invite, Tones, locations, etc.

I have looked on MyGMRS, Repeaterbook, radioreference, iowarepeater.org, etc. Everything seems out of date or incomplete.

While scanning, I came across a net Tuesday evening, and was able to listen in, but was not at a place where I could talk.

I now have a repeater programmed in on every GMRS repeater frequency, but I have no idea if I should be using any of them.

Thanks for putting this site together. I do not use Facebook as I am quite opposed to their terms of service.

There are several repeaters in the DSM Area the one you heard the net on was GStar1 Jeff hold the next every Tuesday night and your free to tune in and join. That repeater is free to use at anytime they just ask that you use ur call sign for checking in.

Most repeaters in the DSM area are free here you can find a list of the repeaters
